The Amazon rainforest is home to one of the greatest concentrations of trees on Earth, with nearly 60 percent of the forest located in Brazil. It contains an estimated 400 billion trees, spanning countless species including myrtle, laurel, palm, and acacia. Last Friday I had the pleasure of hosting the personal trainer Nayara Ramalho and her students for her end-of-year get-together.
